Stourhead Garden - Photos to enjoy!
It’s good to get out and enjoy a walk in beautiful surroundings. With rain forecast, that might be less enjoyable, but looking at the weather app and the clouds in the sky, it was worth the risk. Mrs M and I took the reasonably short drive to Stourhead Garden, a National Trust property in West Wiltshire, just north of Mere.
It’s one of my favourite places to visit, and the colours in the gardens change all year, so it is always worth visiting. Although a Sunday afternoon (April 23rd 2023), there weren’t too many visitors. It’s a large area and includes a stately house with its features, so it can accommodate many people.
I wrote about the Stourhead Garden quite a while ago, so if you want to know more, click here. Click on the photos to see the full-size versions.
In this feature, I would like to share with you some of the photographs I took. These are all taken on April 23rd with an iPhone 14. I have a collection dating back many years of this wonderful garden.
