My unbiased independent review
I imagine they are satisfying to use, being of high quality. Which one would you use for general writing? (Without knowing, my guess would be the 03.)
Alan. 03 for my something like my Bullet Journal as I write small in it. For a letter or card to someone 05 or 08 are nice. They do write well. With different sizes in a pack they are ideal for writing headers or titles with the larger size.
Since childhood, I've always preferred writing with blue ink. I wonder if those pens are only available with black ink.
